PracticeFlow is developed by QM Plus Consultancy. We started by sitting inside a working GP practice, watching where compliance actually broke down, and building around that — not by designing a feature list in isolation and hoping it fit.

We think compliance software should get out of the way
Too much software built for healthcare compliance assumes every practice looks the same, or treats compliance as a box-ticking exercise separate from actually running the service. We built PracticeFlow around the opposite idea: that the best compliance system is the one your team barely has to think about, because the information they need is already where they expect it.
That's why PracticeFlow now supports GP practices, home care agencies, domiciliary care providers and pharmacies — different services with the same underlying problem: too many systems, and not enough time.
